The game was pushing the limits of cards and monitors in 2014, now, any decent rig can run this game just fine on high/ultra settings and get 60+ FPS. #1. Originally posted by Doxy!: 1. Download DAI about 1MB on your steam, then pause and Quit steam. 2. copy the P. Version inside your steamapp/common/Dragon age.. 3. delete the appmanifest inside steamapp. 4. login steam and redownload the DAI. it will download for about 1GB. source : i use that method myself. Step 1: Open Steam client. Step 2: In your Steam launcher, click Library. Step 3: Find the game then right-click the Dragon Age Inquisition in your game library and select Properties. Step 4 Originally posted by RainaMermaid: I have noticed Steam is incredibly buggy today and keeps erroring out on me. Could be a steam server issue too. Steam has been a little off for me as well. Takes 2-5 mins for a closed game to completely close on Steam. #6. < >. Showing 1 - 6 of 6 comments. Per page: 15 30 50. with EA games arising now on Steam I am wondering about one thing. I have the basic version of Dragon Age Inquisition on my Origin, no DLCs, nothing, just the base game. What if I went to buy the GotY of DA:I on Steam and tried to activate it on Origin. Would that even be possible, given that the GotY contains the base game as well? Bingle Cringle Jul 24, 2022 @ 5:48am. I have the EA app installed on my PC and it kept closing the game down for me when I was booting it up just now. I dunno if its the same issue you have but I had to sign into the EA app and then close it down and that ended up fixing my issue. #6. Dawless Jul 24, 2022 @ 5:51am. Dragon Age: Inquisition installed on Steam Deck will not work using gamepad controls. The game supports native controllers through XINPUT I believe, and on my Windows PC an Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS5 DualSense controllers are all detected after switching the control scheme to Gamepad in the settings menu and the game plays beautifully. Yeah it worked now - but you have to pick the one that emulates keyboard and mouse which isnt a perfect solution. Thats down to the individual games, valve can't force them to support the steam controller as its presented in the deck, dragon age is listed as an unsupported game for a reason. #4.
